The Role:

As a Recruiting Manager, you will split your time between two critical functions:

1. Talent Acquisition:

• Recruit and place high-caliber full-time candidates in roles within Technology.
• Use your expertise to source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates to clients.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
• Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events to attract top talent.

1. Business Development:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR teams.
• Identify new business opportunities by actively engaging in lead generation, client outreach, and attending networking events.
• Develop and execute customized recruiting and sales strategies tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients to maximize profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:
• Proven track record in recruiting, sales, or business development with experience placing full-time candidates in Technology. Staffing or executive recruiting experience preferred.
• Results-Driven:
• You are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and recruitment goals.
• Communication Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
• Tech-Savvy:
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM software, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
